Burlyrobics is a medium intensity fitness class with sultry, burlesque-inspired moves! Our focus is to give you a great workout that is also a lot of fun taught by real burlesque performers!
Burlyrobics pairs music, whether it’s music popular with burlesque performers or modern pop/dance, with burlesque-inspired movement. Shimmy, shake, bump, and grind your way to a stronger core and a healthy cardio vascular system.
No experience in burlesque or dance is necessary.
Wear yoga or work out clothes and comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water.
