Ride The Chrome! Intro to Exotic Pole and Dance
This is an extremely limited class size of just 5 students so reserve your spot early!
Description: This is not your average intro to pole course! We are going to turn up the heat with a sexy warm-up filled with dynamic stretching techniques. Next we will learn some foundational pole skills, such and body rolls and booty drops, sits, and spins. Finally we’ll cap it off with ‘exotic’ stripper style- pole and floor work. Twerking, leg shows, and floor-f*cking are all on the menu!
Wear any comfortable workout clothing is suitable for the warm-up and dance portions. Shorts and a t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra are necessary for pole tricks. High heels are welcome, but not required.
